Jordan Rawlins: Writer

Jordan Rawlins is a fixture of the Southern California stage who’s pleased to be making his film debut in 2016’s Rescue Dogs as the character Harper. As a writer, his plays have been seen in theaters across America, he is the author of the sci-fi novel, “Monsters of the Apocalypse” and he has several feature films in various stages of production. In his free time he volunteers with 826LA and goes fly fishing.

Michael Anderson: Co-Director

After receiving an MFA from Chapman University, Michael worked within the studio system and for independent producers in both film and commercials. As a founding partner of Logolite Entertainment he has successfully produced films including: G.B.F. (with Megan Mullally & Sasha Pieterse), Somewhere Slow (with Oscar Nominees Robert Forster and Lindsey Crouse), He’s Way More Famous Than You (with Ben Stiller and Oscar Nominated Jesse Eisenberg), Exquisite Corpse (Guillermo Díaz), and the soon to be released Manson Family Vacation (Jay Duplass and Linas Phillips). He has also directed two feature films (Rescue Dogs & Followed) set for release in 2015.

Haik Katsikian: Co-Director

Upon completion of his MFA in Film Production from Chapman University, Haik was hired by a start up production company where he directed, shot and, edited commercials, shorts, and interactive media for exhibits. 

His work has played an instrumental role in the media production and promotion of Broadway shows (Memphis – 2009 Tony winner), The Discovery Science Center, Microsoft, Immediate Music (trailer music for Hobbit, Dark night, etc); recently he shot and directed episodes for an upcoming web-series guest starring Annaleigh Ashford (Masters of Sex) and Matt Iseman (American Ninja Warrior),  

Rescue Dogs marks his first feature film as a co-director. 

Busted Buggy Entertainment: Producer

BBE was founded and is owned by Courtney Daniels, who still heads up development for the production company. BBE came on board to produce RESCUE DOGS after Courtney had received the offer to play “Bridgette” from Director, Michael Anderson. Passionate pet rescuers, the entire BBE team was proud to jump in and be a part of not only making the film, but setting it up to raise money and awareness for rescues across the country. Since it’s founding in 2010, BBE has produced 4 feature films and tv pilot that sold to Viacom/MTV. Their first film, MAGIC HOUR, recently sold to New Kingdom Pictures and is being release theatrically in November 2015 through a deal with Alchemy (formerly Millennium), while their second film, THE GIRL IN THE BOOK, premiered at the LA Film Festival in June 2015 to rave reviews. It was released in select cities in the U.S. in December of 2015 and was The New York Times Critic’s Choice. BBE is completing post on their other 2 films, expecting theatrical runs in 2016.
